Heat exchangers have an incredibly wide range of applications but are often used in industry for temperature control of industrial systems. For example, in biogas systems where they can be used for cooling of biomass and heating water to distribute on a district heating network.
Clean-in-place (CIP) is an automated method for cleaning the interior of pipes, equipment, filters, and related fittings without the need for disassembly. CIP systems are commonly used in connection with pipe, tank, and filter systems.
The advantage of using a CIP system includes quicker cleaning, requiring less labor, the possibility of more frequent cleaning, and posing a lower risk of chemical exposure.
The gas flare is calculated and dimensioned according to the specific task to ensure it meets the desired requirements and delivers a good result. After the sizing and design of the flare, for example, open or enclosed flare, and the required amount, the flare is manufactured and tested before delivery.

We design and manufacture suspended agitators for reactor tanks. The agitators are designed and calculated for each individual tank to achieve the desired efficiency. The agitator mixes and creates a constant flow in the biomass.
